Trade Partners
The sixth trade on your next custom build.
Designers, builders, and architects work with us as one of the trades — quietly placed between rough-in and trim, holding lighting, shade, audio, climate, awareness, and control as a single discipline.

How we work
One discipline, three doors.
Designers
We protect the palette and hold the room after dark. The control language stays in plain language; the keypads stay in the wall finish.
Builders
We arrive between rough-in and trim — the sixth trade. Documentation, coordination, and a single point of contact through the schedule.
Architects
We mark up early — light, shade, audio, and equipment locations — so nothing surprises the millwork or the ceiling plan.
The collaboration
We do not replace your trades. We complete them.
The conversation moves quickly when the right people are in the room. We invite designer and builder partners to the showhouse, then move into a working session — drawings on the table, sample keypads in hand, and three rooms to walk through.
Verified partners get access to a slim, gated resource shelf — drawing notes, project one-pagers, and a short brief on what we own and what we hand off. Public surface stays clean.

Tour as product
Walk the showhouse. The rest of the conversation begins there.
We do not sell from a deck. The tour is the product — an unhurried hour in a real home, calibrated to a real morning, with the people who will tune yours.
